2008 SPRING WEB AUCTION - Terms & Conditions

Dates:	Begins: Friday, May 16, 2008 at 9:00AM (CST) Ends: Thursday, May 22, 2008 at 9:00PM (CST)
Bids:	Bids are accepted only via e-mail through the "Bid Now" buttons (or by sending an e-mail directly to auction@computerbanc.info) and must include bidder's name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, item number(s), and bid(s). Computer Banc will not share your contact information with third party companies. All bids must be at or above the minimum bid listed for each item. Bids must be in whole dollars only.  Bids not in whole dollars will be rounded to the next highest dollar. If multiple bids of the same amount are received, the earliest bid received will win. Current high bids will be posted at least once every 24 hours.  Only the dollar amount and bidder number will be posted - bidders' names and contact information will not be posted. Bidders will be notified via e-mail when the following events occur: Placement of initial bid, outbid by another bidder, and winning bid.  Notices will be sent within 24 of initial bid or outbid.  Outbid notices will not be sent during the last 24 hours of the auction. If the minimum bid is not met, the item will not be sold. All bids are subject to acceptance by Computer Banc.
Winners/ Payment:	Winners will be notified via e-mail by May 27th. Payment must be by cash, check, or money order.  No credit cards will be accepted. Winning items must be picked up at the Computer Banc office (1023 E. Washington Street, Springfield, IL) between May 28th and June 7th.  Items may be picked up on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1:00PM until 4:00PM or at other times by appointment. Payment for all items must be received by June 7th (unless arrangements have been made between Computer Banc and the winning bidder.)  If payment is not received by June 7th, the winning bid may be cancelled and the item awarded to the next highest bidder.
Shipping:	Small items may be shipped at the bidder's request.  The bidder will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.  Insurance is optional at the bidder's request and expense.  Computer Banc cannot be responsible for shipping damages or missing shipments if items are not insured.  Shipping will occur after full payment is received.  Personal checks will be held for seven days for bank clearance before shipping will occur.
Items:	All items are new unless stated in the item description. All items are sold as-is.  Computer Banc is unable to offer any expressed or implied warranties. Some items have expiration dates.  Expiration dates will be listed in the item description.

Acceptance:	Bidding constitutes acceptance of all of these terms and conditions.
