•  Extend outreach throughout Central Illinois

•  Evaluate access and use of home technology in rural areas

•  Work to upgrade PCs, both in terms of hardware provided and targeted educational software (supporting Illinois Learning Standards)

•  Continue to develop new support services, especially education

•  Develop new partnerships to provide technology to segments of the population that still do not have home access a computer or access to computer instruction

•  Retain and recruit new dedicated volunteers and board members who support the mission and will take steps needed to accomplish goals.
