After reviewing the following information, please call Computer Banc to register by calling our lab (217.528.9506) during our regular business hours of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1-4PM. While we now serve all children who meet our income guidelines, our program was developed to enhance school performance for children who receive special education services - please indicate if: your child has special needs, your child has an IEP, or your child is a foster child when you call our lab.

In order for your child to receive a computer, your income must fall below the ceiling listed below, depending on the number of individuals in your household.

4. Picking Up Your Computer
Families are asked to bring a copy of the child's IEP, if applicable, when picking up their computer. When you arrive to pick up your computer, you will be asked to contribute toward the $100.00 cost of refurbishing based on the following sliding scale. If you have trouble reading the table, our customer service representative can help you determine your family share fee.

Because Computer Banc is a volunteer-driven organization, we are unable to provide unlimited service to the computers we share. Computer Banc will provide full service repair of all systems provided for a period of 60 days from the date of issue. At the end of the 60 day period, the client assumes full responsibility for maintenance of the computer.
